I design and build the application around your workflow, from the first conversation about the problem to working software in your users' hands. We agree together on what gets built first, and you see progress on working software, not only in documents.

Typical starting points:

• an internal tool your team needs and no product on the market fits;
• a customer-facing web application built around your own rules;
• a game or a small personal tool for an idea of your own.

Technical discovery and prototyping

When you know the problem but not yet the right solution, we can start smaller. We clarify the requirements and the technical approach, and where it helps, I build a prototype you can try before committing to the full project.

The scope of this first step is agreed for each project.

Extensions, integrations, and modernization

For applications that already work but need to change: a new feature, a connection to another system, an update of outdated parts, or focused help when a project has stalled.

I start by understanding the current state: the code, the data, who uses it, and what must keep working. Then we agree whether a safe scope for the change can be defined.
